Designed by Karen Stark for Harvey Berin this 1950s cocktail dress of
black Chantilly lace over silk is a showstopper! The lace itself
features a large swirling floral pattern that is lined with black silk
satin on the bodice and horizontal stripes of black and hot pink satin
beneath the skirt.

pink organdy with lace, embroidery and flocked floral appliques. A very
soft and feminine style that would be just right for an afternoon tea
or garden party.
Rose Printed silk charmeuse and chiffon are a striking combination on
this Harmay, New York cocktail dress. The neckline and short sleeves
are beaded and sequined with iridescent copper colored beads and black
sequins.
Soft coral colored taffeta and tulle have been used to perfection to
style this delightful Fred Perlberg Dance Original from the late 1940s
or early 1950s. The boned and shaped bodice fits like a dream and is
artfully constructed of ruched and pleated tulle that is trimmed with
taffeta piping.
Tulip garden printed chiffon in vibrant hues of pink, orange, yellow
and green is just as current today as when it was made in the late
1950s or early 1960s. Labeled Suzy Perette, the dress features a draped
bodice and fitted waist.
Dating to the late 1940s or early 1950s this strapless Fred Perlberg
Dance Original is constructed of artfully draped black taffeta. The
front silhouette calls to mind the John Singe Sargent portrait of
Madame X while the back is bustled and a splash of color added with
large pink velvet roses.
This Knox Voyageur conjures images of Ingrid Bergman in the 1943 film
Casablanca, even the name of the hat, Voyageur, is evocative of travel
to exotic places.
Dating between 1938 to 1940, the body of this fur trimmed coat and muff
are made of rich brown wool boucle. The button front closes
asymmetrically with self covered buttons and an attached self belt.
This quintessential three piece suit would have been a must for many a
